How long before my delivery is classed as lost?
If your parcel hasn't had an updated tracking scan in 5 days, it’s considered lost in transit, and you can make a claim.
How long do I have to file a claim?
30 – 45 days depending on the claim type. This is from the date you placed your order.
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that CALVIN SHAL shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, CALVIN SHAL Clothing shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. CALVIN SHAL cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, the CALVIN SHAL Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner. CALVIN SHAL reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. CALVIN SHAL will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package all the way to your door (hehe, track your package). All orders are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. We are closed on weekends. Tracking numbers are updated when shipments are picked up at the end of the day. All orders over £250 will require a signature upon delivery. Free Economy Shipping on all UK. orders over £250 Expedited options available - £11.95-19.95 (Delivery is by UPS Ground, or FedEx and delivery time is between 1-5 business days (England and most western states receive within 1-3 business days).
